- We always maintain Cp & Cpk value more than 2 and RPN rank below 70 with help of lean-tools like KaiZen, PokaYoke, Standardized work, 5S, many more, and the culture which involves everyone for it.
- With help of highly accurate & calibrated measuring instruments and trained operator we maintain NDC more than 5 and GR&R below 10%.
- The product which manufactured by Lotus Precision will be always free of burrs, Pips, sharp edges (if it’s not specified) or vibration.
- To achieve zero co-eccentricity(runout) if possible we turn components at a single reference on a single setup to avoid work-piece loading errors.
- At Lotus Precision we are dedicated to provide components exact as per customer specifications even chamfers, fillets, inside corner radius, surface finishing and plating within the specified range.
- We also provide hardness testing, pressure gauge testing, leakage testing and functionality testing on assembly components.
